Note:  The Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP and Road America reserves the right to accept or reject entries on an individual basis.  Receipt of entry or event advertisement DOES NOT constitute acceptance.  Automobile racing is an inherently dangerous sport.  Each entrant assumes that risk when he or she participates in an event.  The risk of serious injury or death cannot be eliminated and, in fact, will always be present at a high level.  Participants are required to advise their spouses and next of kin, if any, of this fact.  The Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP and Road America are not responsible for the adequacy of a entrant's car, equipment or activity.

Note:  In submitting this application, the applicant: 1)acknowledges familiarity with the bylaws of the Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP. 2)agrees to abide by Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP rules which pertain to the running of this event, Road America regulations, and any special rules and regulations which are established to cover the running of this event agreeing without reservation to the consequences from the Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP resulting for violation of aforesaid, and 3)renounces the right to have any recourse to any arbiter or tribunal not provided for in the bylaws, and specifically covenants not to file suit, in law or equity for any review of any act or decision of the officers of the Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP and Road America.  Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP and Road America reserves the right to refuse the entry of any application or to reclassify entrants, as they deem appropriate.

Publicity Release: As a condition of acceptance, the entrant and/or driver agree to permit Midwest F-Body Association/Speed Seekers LLP and Road America the use of their voice and/or likeness for news, publicity and future use including radio, TV and printed media.  He/She/They further stipulate that no prior agreement with sponsor or other persons are in conflict with this agreement.

WHEREFORE, BY SIGNING BELOW, I INDICATE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS OF THIS ENTRY APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY AND HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH, WITHOUT MODIFICATION, AND THUS RELEASE SPEED SEEKERS, LLP FROM ANY LIABILITY OR FUTURE CLAIMS.
